Tip of the Week: 5 Steps to Get (and STAY) Motivated

  1. Define what you MUST do.
  2. Define the COST of NOT doing it and the REWARD for accomplishing the objective.
  3. Set a deadline, milestones, consequences, and rewards.
  4. Isolate the next action step toward the achievement and do it.
  5. Record, Report, and Renew.
