Spiritual Foundations

When you have problems – be glad!

“My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.” James 1:2-4

Even science backs up Scripture…

“Being thankful and positive has great effects on the brain & immune system! Remember, your attitude affects you, not just those around you!”
Dr. Caroline Leaf

  1. The day I heard this podcast a few weeks ago I had a good opportunity to try what you said. In the evening I found head louses on my two kids. Normally I than get very angry also towards god because we had it a few times in the past. I am also very stressed then because it is a lot of work. But I used the written notes and went through it. It worked very good. When I thanked god for the problem I laughed. I printed your notes out, translated it into german and hang them up in our living room. I use it every day. Thanks ray.
